Spiritual Direction is the art of companioning someone as they journey toward God.  It is listening with the Holy Spirit and listening for the Holy Spirit's action in someone's life.  

If you need someone who can offer a listening ear and encouragement for the journey, then I might be the spiritual director to companion you. Together we can listen for God's guidance in your life experiences and foster a deeper connection with the God who loves and cares for you.  Familiar with the ways of the Spirit and ancient prayer paths, I am able to offer comfort, gentle guidance and support when needed.

My approach to discernment, guidance and dream interpretation gravitates on scripture and is captured by Psalm 119:105. "Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path."
