Do you want to connect with God? You may think you've never heard Him but He has been speaking to you your entire life, constantly reaching out.

If you can't hear God...perhaps you can see Him.

I believe God has a unique language He speaks into your life from the beginning. I mean YOUR life... the real and right now life of tangible things and concrete circumstances. Together we can discern your "God Language" to understand what He is saying to you and what He is revealing about your purpose.

Jesus appears in the ordinary, everyday events of your life just as He appeared to the woman at the well drawing water. He had a conversation with her about water...but it wasn't about water. He revealed his Lordship to Peter by a catch of fish...but He wasn't talking about the fish. He reveals His Lordship in your life in the same way. Will you recognize him in the symbolic language He uses with you? You can...if you have eyes to see.

The Concept and Need:

God Language is a fresh approach to the ancient concept of hearing God through life experiences. It is a guided investigation to uncover God’s fingerprints on your life as evidenced in scripture. This will appeal to those in this “visual generation” who have difficulty “hearing” God. To listen--to “be still and know”--is a foreign task in our modern culture, but if we approach God through the sense we prefer to use when taking in information--our vision--we can “see” God in our life. Like Moses turning to the burning bush, we can also move from vision to voice.

Discovering your God Language is like discovering the key to a code. This key is hidden in your life experience and connects you to God’s Word. When you find it, God’s communication is decipherable and He begins to reveal Himself and His love. This powerful and personal life analogy unlocks and communicates spiritual truths and the ability to discover your true identity and unique purpose.

Leslie Stewart is the perfect guide for this investigation. She is a Spiritual Director and an Aircraft Accident Investigator. Trained at the United States Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine and the Air Force Aviation Safety Center, Leslie served as an Aerospace Physiologist and Human Factors Expert specializing in Sensation and Perception in Fighter Pilots. She knows how someone takes in and processes information. Leslie explains how God Language complements the way the brain experiences God.

She has investigated aircraft crashes aiming to go beyond what happened to discover and understand why it happened. They conclude with a “Divine Connection”: a personal exercise or meditation for further investigation of your God Language, and an explanation of an established prayer practice or method to engage God and His Word. This book is the result of Leslie’s own investigation. She altered her life based on what she discovered.
